Rachelisms
So, we're eating dinner tonight and about half way through Rachel's plate of spaghetti she exclaims, "Hey, where's the meatballs?"
Well, we didn't add any tonight, because it's a meat sauce. "Can we go pick some?" Well, Rachel, where do meatballs grow? "On trees, can we go pick some?"
LOL
And she just yelled at me from the other room, "Hey mom, are you on computer.com?" LOL You gotta love the things four year olds say.
School Days
Elizabeth is starting a bookclub at school. We're very proud of her and so are the librarian, principal and her teacher. She came up with the idea just before winter break and began by getting permission, a location and she has even managed to get a hold of a bunch of books from one of the teachers. They are having their first meeting next week and will be reading
Because of Winn-Dixie by Kate Di Camillo. She is so excited, she has 26 fourth graders signed up, and she even has two 'deputies' enlisted to help her keep everything going, lol.
I love that she has developed a love for books. Yeah! :)
